• Today we said goodbye to Betty. We rescued her from a local shelter and she has a large tumor on her underside. The tumor was removed and when she was spayed the vet was concerned about cancer. Pathology confirmed. Nothing could be done, so we placed Betty in the loving home of foster mom Jenna. Betty was spoiled, cared for, given tons of attention and loved every moment of the final chapters of her life.

Betty is a bunny ambassador. She is here to teach us all about responsible rabbit ownership. Please spay and neuter. It could save a life. Unspayed rabbits are at high risk of cancer.
